In 1983, the 1st generation Datatrax®, the System 1, was introduced to the carwash industry, followed by the 2nd generation Magnum in 1989, and 3rd generation Cartrol in 1995.
In 2021, the long-awaited DT45 system, representing the 4th generation of Datatrax® Carwash Controllers, hit the market.

The Datatrax® DT45 system consists of only two components: master control unit and smart relay station, interconnected by only two, low-voltage wiring runs. The master control unit is a miniaturized, ultra-high-speed, industrial microcontroller, and is not a personal computer. The DT45 is usually installed by a carwash equipment repairman or a local electrician.

After reading the Operators Manual, you can program the DT45 in less than one hour. During operation, an employee presses only one service input to order any carwash service package. That's it... NO additional employee training is necessary.

At a typical Datatrax® carwash, an employee presses only one pushbutton to order any carwash service package. As a car moves down the wash tunnel, The DT45 controls all service equipment with water-saving, chemical saving, and energy-saving precision. For cash control, DT45 prints a variety of business reports, including all carwash service counts and dollar amounts. These readings must match your cash register's record... It's just that simple!
